Our Story

Prodelex was incorporated in early 2020 with the vision of delivering valuable knowledge and outcomes to organisations for whom ‘big consultancy’ services are not what’s required. My experience has taught me that a £200k+ programme comprising an army of subject matter experts who do not always integrate with the fabric of a client organisation does not suit the needs of many leaders; we exist to bring value to teams for whom this is the case.

I personally oversee all, and work on most, of the projects we deliver. I’m supported by a trusted team of people, all of whom I’ve known and worked with for years and all of us place tremendous value on the ethics of professionalism and going the extra mile. My personal commitment to all client teams is that we’ll relentlessly work to do whatever it takes to bring about meaningful operational excellence.

We’ve chosen to focus in on a vital few service lines including Lean Six Sigma training, strategy realisation and operational excellence and behavioural assessments that, from experience, create impact and value where it’s typically needed most. That said, we do not promote a one-size-fits-all approach to deployment – the principles of each service line are industry and company agnostic but the delivery must be specific to your organisation, sector, current needs and, most importantly, your people. This, primarily, is what we focus on doing and it’s what separates Prodelex from many other consulting organisations.
